RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Research activities of the laboratory are aimed at evolving quick, sensitive and reliable experimental techniques, which will be of help to crime investigators.

The laboratory carries out quality research work in specialized disciplines of forensic science for dissemination of knowledge among forensic scientists.

The laboratory collaborates with leading scientific laboratory and academic institutions for tapping new technology for updating and improving the forensic science techniques.
